Steps:
- With a hand mixer, cream together the peanut butter, butter, white sugar and brown sugar until blended. Beat in the egg, milk, and vanilla.
- Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl. Add flour mixture to the peanut butter mixture and mix together. Stir in the Reese's Pieces, saving a few to sprinkle on the top later.
- Press the cookie dough into a well-greased 14" pizza pan until the dough is evenly distributed. At this point, sprinkle the remaining Reese's Pieces on top. Bake for about 11 minutes at 375 and then remove from oven. Sprinkle the marshmallows on top and return to the oven for about 5-6 minutes or until the marshmallows are very lightly browned. Cool completely before preparing the chocolate and orange drizzle.
- To prepare the chocolate drizzle, place the chocolate chips and shortening in a small glass bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave at 15-second intervals, stirring each time until completely melted and smooth.
- To prepare the orange drizzle, stir together the powdered sugar with the water (or milk) in a small bowl until well blended and then add the food coloring, mixing until color is uniform.
- Drizzle the chocolate and orange drizzles on top of the cookie. Drizzle caramel topping if desired. Sometimes I just use a spoon to drizzle, or you can also use place the drizzle mixtures into small sandwich bags, snipping a small corner at the bottom to squeeze the drizzle out of.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place a piece of parchment paper on a 12-inch round pizza pan.
- In a medium bowl, stir peanut butter and sugars together until smooth. Beat in the egg. Then stir in the baking soda, vanilla, and salt.
- Place the cookie dough on parchment paper-lined pizza pan. Get out another piece of parchment paper and lay on top. With a rolling pin, flatten out peanut butter dough to fit the 12-inch pizza pan. Remove the top piece of parchment paper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the center does not look wet. (Slightly underdone is okay, as you will be placing it back into the oven.) As the crust is finishing baking, make the peanut butter sauce.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter and peanut butter over medium low heat. Once they are fully melted and combined, add in butterscotch chips. Remove from heat and stir continually until mostly melted.
- There will be chunks in the bottom of the pan, this is okay. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Remove peanut butter crust from oven and immediately place mini marshmallows evenly over the crust.
- Turn oven to broil then put the crust with marshmallows back into oven. Watch closely and remove after about 1 minute, or right when the marshmallows start to turn golden.
- Pour peanut butter sauce over marshmallows.
- Pizza can be served immediately. (Best served warm or at room temperature)

Tips:
- For the cookie base, use a pre-made cookie dough or make your own from scratch. If using a pre-made dough, let it thaw according to the package directions before using.
- When pressing the cookie dough into the pizza pan, make sure it is evenly distributed and there are no gaps or holes. This will help to ensure that the cookie bakes evenly.
- Before adding the toppings, pre-bake the cookie base for a few minutes. This will help to set the dough and prevent it from becoming too soft and soggy.
- Be creative with your toppings! You can use anything from chocolate chips and marshmallows to peanut butter and jelly. Just make sure that the toppings you choose are heat-resistant and won't melt or burn in the oven.
- Bake the cookie pizza until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. This usually takes about 15-20 minutes.
- Let the cookie pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This will help to prevent the toppings from sliding off.
Conclusion:
Cookie pizza is a fun and easy dessert that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. It's perfect for parties, potlucks, or just a simple snack. With its endless topping possibilities, cookie pizza is a dessert that you can customize to your own liking. So get creative and have fun making your own unique cookie pizza!
