1 cup (246g) creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups (127g) cornflakes cereal
2 cups (113g) crushed Kettle Potato Chips*

Steps:

  • Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or wax paper (or just spread a long sheet of it across the counter).
  • In a large saucepan stir together sugar and corn syrup.
  • Bring just to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat immediately stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
  • Add in cornflakes and potato chips and toss to coat well.
  • Immediately scoop mixture out and drop by rounded spoonfuls (using two spoons or a cookie scoop) onto lined baking sheets.**

½ cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder

1 ½ cups cornflakes cereal
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 -1 1/3 cup sugar (I found these too sweet so I use 1 cup sugar)
1 cup chopped pecans (I've used walnuts)
1 cup flaked coconut
3 cups corn flakes

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • In large mixing bowl beat egg whites until foamy.
  • Stir in cream of tartar and vanilla.
  • Gradually add sugar beating until stiff and glossy.
