EASY CHILI CORNBREAD BAKE
Chili and cornbread go so well together, why not bake them in the same pan! I've been making this for years and my kids love it. I use ground turkey, but ground beef could be substituted if preferred. You can make this in individual 12- to 16-ounce casseroles if you prefer. Serve with tortilla chips and top with sour cream if desired.

Tips:
- Choose the right cornbread: Use a cornbread that is slightly sweet and has a coarse texture. This will help it hold up to the chili and cheese.
- Use a flavorful chili: Make sure your chili has a good balance of spices and flavors. You can use a homemade chili or a store-bought chili that you doctor up with your own spices.
- Don't overcook the cornbread: Cornbread is best when it is slightly moist in the center. If you overcook it, it will be dry and crumbly.
- Use a variety of cheeses: You can use a single type of cheese or a combination of cheeses. Some good options include cheddar, Monterey Jack, and pepper Jack.
- Top it off with your favorite toppings: Once the cornbread chili poke bake is finished baking, you can top it with your favorite toppings. Some good options include sour cream, salsa, guacamole, and chopped cilantro.
Conclusion:
Cornbread chili poke bake is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal or a party. It is a great way to use up leftover cornbread and chili, and it is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
