- 1. In a decsent size wide mouthed bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sour cream and jello powder. Mix well until no white of the cheeses are visible. If you use canned fruit drain very well, fresh fruit wash and dry well. Now put the fruit into the mixture and blend well.
