- Squeeze 2 TBsp juice from lemon.
- Combine 2 cups water. lemon juice, garlic oil, and ground cinnamon in medium saucepan.

- Remove from heat.
- Stir in couscous.
- Cover and let stand about 5 minutes, until water almost absorbed.
