Tips:

1. Choose fresh, high-quality crab meat: Fresh crab meat is crucial for the best flavor and texture in your crab salad rolls. Look for crab meat that is firm, opaque, and has a mild, sweet odor.

2. Use a variety of vegetables for added texture and flavor: Incorporate a mix of vegetables into your crab salad to enhance its texture and taste. Some popular choices include celery, onion, bell peppers, and cucumber. Feel free to experiment with different veggies to suit your preferences.

3. Experiment with different seasonings and herbs: Don't be afraid to add various seasonings and herbs to your crab salad to create a unique flavor profile. Popular options include lemon juice, mayonnaise, mustard, dill, and parsley. Adjust the seasonings to your liking until you achieve the perfect balance of flavors.

4. Make sure your crab salad is well-chilled before assembling the rolls: Chilling the crab salad before assembling the rolls helps the flavors meld together and firms up the mixture, making it easier to work with. This will also ensure that your crab salad rolls stay fresh longer.

5. Use high-quality, soft tortillas for the wraps: The tortillas you choose play a significant role in the overall texture of your crab salad rolls. Opt for soft, pliable tortillas that are easy to roll without cracking or tearing. Some good options include flour tortillas, spinach tortillas, or sun-dried tomato tortillas.
