Tips:
- Use a pre-made graham cracker crust. This will save you time and effort, and it will also ensure that your pie crust is the perfect size and shape.
- Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature. If it's too cold, it will be difficult to mix and it may cause lumps in your cheesecake filling.
- Don't overbeat the cream cheese mixture. Overbeating can cause the cheesecake to become dense and crumbly.
- Bake the cheesecake in a water bath. This will help to prevent the cheesecake from cracking and it will also help to ensure that it cooks evenly.
- Let the cheesecake cool completely before serving. This will help to prevent the cheesecake from falling apart.
