½ cup slivered almonds
1 cup mixed nuts
1 cup dried cranberries

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 13x9-inch pan with lightly-greased parchment paper; an inch or so of parchment paper should stick up on 2 sides to form lifting handles.

1/3 cup butter, softened
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 (12-oz.) can apricot filling
1 (3-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 c all purpose flour
1/3 c melted butter
1 1/4 c fresh or frozen ocean spray cranberries
1/2 c chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350'
  • 2. Grease 8-inch square baking pan.
  • 3. Beat eggs in medium size bowl until thick. Gradually add sugar, beating until thoroughly blended.
  • 4. Stir in flour and melted butter. Blend well.
  • 5. Add cranberries and walnuts, mixing gently until just combined.
  • 6. Spread evenly in pan. Bake for 35-45 min's ro until golden brown and toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

2 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
1 cup peanuts

1/2 cup peanut butter
1 (10 1/2 ounce) bag marshmallows

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Toast oatmeal on large baking sheet 13 x 9 pan or 15 x 10 jellyroll pan for 10 minutes.
  • Add raisins and Rice Krispies and toast another 5 minutes.
