1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
¼ cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  • In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Stir in the egg yolk and vanilla. Unwrap one package of crescent rolls and cover the bottom of the prepared pan with the unrolled crescents, pressing the seams together to seal. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crescents. 1/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup sugar
8 ounces cream cheese
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • For the crust, cream the butter and the sugar. Add the flour and nuts. Mix will be crumbly. Reserve one cup for topping.
  • Press into a 9x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
