1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup egg substitute
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3-1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup reduced-sugar strawberry preserves
Fat-free whipped topping, optional

Steps:

  • On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 1/8-in.-thick circle; transfer to a 9-in. pie plate. Trim to 1/2 in. beyond rim of plate; flute edge. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 425°. , Line unpricked crust with a double thickness of foil. Fill with pie weights, dried beans or uncooked rice. Bake on a lower oven rack until edge is light golden brown, 15-20 minutes. Remove foil and weights; bake until bottom is golden brown, 3-6 minutes longer. Cool on a wire rack. 1 quart fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons minute tapioca
1/4 cup granulated sugar
9 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream

Steps:

  • Combine strawberries, tapioca and 1/4 cup granulated sugar in 2 quart saucepan.
  • Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
  • Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
  • Add melted butter to the cracker/sugar mixture until evenly coated.

1 teaspoon milk
1 quart fresh strawberries
3/4 cup water
1 cup sugar

red food coloring

2 deep dish pie crust, baked & cooled
CREAM CHEESE FILLING
1 pkg cream cheese, softened, 8 oz.
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk, 14 oz.
1/3 c real lemon lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
STRAWBERRY GLAZE
1 c sugar
1/4 c all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c water
1 box strawberry Jell-o, small, 3 oz.
3 c fresh sliced strawberries

Steps:

  • 1. THIS RECIPE MAKES TWO PIES: Prepare pie crust according to package directions. Cool.
  • 2. Mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, real lemon juice, and vanilla. Beat well. Refrigerate.
  • 3. In a small saucepan, mix sugar and flour. Slowly add water to dissolve sugar and flour. Bring to a boil and cook until mixture looks almost clear.
  • 4. Remove from heat and add box of strawberry Jello. Allow to cool slightly before pouring over strawberries.

12 ounces cream cheese or 12 ounces neufchatel cheese, at room temperature
3/4 cup granulated sugar, divided
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 10 inch graham cracker pie crust
1 cup sour cream
1 quart fresh strawberries, washed,drained well,hulled
1 cup water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon lemon juice
red food coloring, as needed

Steps:

  • Mix together the cream cheese, 1/2 cup of the sugar, eggs, and vanilla until light and smooth.
  • Spread into the prepared graham cracker crust.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for 35-40 minutes (Cover crust with a pie shield or a ring of foil if it starts to overbrown).
  • As soon as the pie comes out of the oven, immediately spread the sour cream on top.
  • Cool completely.
  • Place the best looking whole strawberries (tips upward) across the surface of the pie (save some for the topping).
  • Mash any remaining berries and combine with 1 cup water in a small pan; cook for 5 minutes.
  • Pour through a sieve and return the sieved juices back to the pan.
  • Mix the remaining 1/4 cup sugar with the cornstarch and add to the berry juice, along with lemon juice.
  • Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and clear.
  • Add a few drops of red food coloring; let cool.
  • Carefully spoon glaze over the pie, then chill pie well before serving.

1 pkg strawberries, fresh
16 oz cream cheese
1 pkg strawberry gelatin (large) or 2 small packages
1 pkg flavorless gelatin small package
14 oz condensed milk (small can)
6 oz 4 graham cracker pie crusts (9 inch, ready to fill crumb crust)

Steps:

  • 1. Prepare gelatin according to package directions. DO NOT put in fridge to cool. Stir mixture until properly diluted.
  • 2. Add strawberries to blender. Cover blender and start at a lower setting (so as not to spill). Then add cream cheese packages and increase blender setting to mix strawberries and cream cheese well.
  • 3. Once the strawberries and cream cheese packages are blended well, slowly add gelatin solution. Adjust blender settings appropriately so as not to spill over pie filling.
  • 4. Just like gelatin, slowly add condensed milk to blender. Once container is empty, allow mixture to blend for approximately 30 more seconds. Mixture will be thick Turn Blender off.

1 shortbread cookie pie crust, keebler ready made
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp milk
3/4 c white granulated sugar

250 g light cream cheese

1/4-1/2 cup water, start with 1/4 cup
2 cups fresh strawberries, can be frozen
