1 1/2 cups cold water
1 (4-serving) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups (1 pint) heavy cream, whipped
36 vanilla wafers
3 medium bananas, sliced and dipped in lemon juice

Steps:

  • COMBINE sweetened condensed milk and water in large bowl. Add pudding mix; beat until well blended. Chill 5 minutes.
  • FOLD in whipped cream. Spoon 1 cup pudding mixture into 2 1/2-quart glass serving bowl.
  • TOP with one-third each of the vanilla wafers, bananas and remaining pudding. Repeat layering twice, ending with pudding mixture. Chill thoroughly. Garnish as desired.

  • In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in sour cream. Fold in whipped topping until well blended. 2 packages jello-o fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
4 cups skim milk
1 (8 ounce) container reduced fat or 1 (8 ounce) container nonfat sour cream
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip sugar-free whipped topping, thawed
4 -5 firm but ripe bananas
11 ounces box nilla reduced-fat vanilla wafers

  • Combine pudding mix and milk in large bowl. Beat or whisk for 2 minutes until thickened. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Fold sour cream and whipped topping into pudding and set aside. 1 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 c flour
1/2 c sugar
2 c milk
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1. Separate eggs putting the whites in a mixing bowl and the yolks in a small bowl.
  • 2. In a sauce pan add flour, sugar, salt. Stir with a whisk until well combined.
  • 3. Whisk the egg yolks until smooth. Pour 2 cups of milk in a measuring cup. Add yolks and mix until smooth.
  • 4. Pour 1/3 cup of milk mixture into sauce pan of flour mixture. Stir until smooth. Turn heat on to medium low and add the rest of the milk mixture. With a whisk stir constantly until pudding gets thick about 15 minutes. when you start seeing large bubbles stir 1 more minute.
  • 5. Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla, and banana extract. Stir until well combined. Slice your bananas thinly.
  • 6. In a oven proof dish arrange cookies in a single layer on the bottom and sides of dish. Layer 1/2 of the banana slices on top of cookies.
  • 7. Pour Pudding over bananas.
  • 8. Top with bananas and then cookies.
  • 9. For meringue: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 10. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add sugar slowly until stiff peaks form.
  • 11. This is the texture you are looking for.
  • 12. Spread meringue evenly over cookies. Bake for 12 minutes.
  • 13. Remove from oven and allow pudding to cool. This is best served warm. You can reheat leftover pudding in the microwave...that is if you have any left.

  • 1. Mix pudding according to directions on package. Add one can of Eagle Brand milk, mixing well. Add one carton of cool whip also mixing well.
