3 cups dry rotini pasta, divided use
3 (15 ounce) cans seasoned tomato sauce, for pizza,divided use
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup green pepper, cut into matchstick size pieces
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained,divided use
1 1/2 cups shredded 94% fat-free mozzarella cheese or 1 1/2 cups 94% fat-free mozzarella-cheddar blend cheese, divided use (1.5g fat per 1/4 cup)
24 slices turkey pepperoni, halved,divided use
1/2 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Spray crock-pot with vegetable cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle ground beef with Italian seasoning, mix well.
  • Set aside.
  • Place 1 cup dry pasta in crock-pot that has been sprayed with vegetable oil cooking spray.
  • Cover with 1 can tomato sauce.
  • Add 1/3 cup onion, 1/3 cup green pepper, 1/3 can mushrooms.
  • Spread 1/3 the seasoned ground beef over vegetables.

1/4 cup diced green bell pepper

1/4 cup pizza sauce
1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count), softened as directed on box
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add sausage; cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Using slotted spoon, transfer to small bowl.
  • Add bell pepper, onion and mushrooms to drippings in skillet; cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until softened and browned. Stir in garlic and pepper flakes; remove from heat. Stir in sauce and sausage.
  • Unroll crusts on work surface. Cut each crust into 4 wedge-shaped pieces, making 8 wedges.
  • Spread 2 rounded tablespoons sausage mixture on half of each crust wedge in triangle shape, leaving 1/2-inch border. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese over filling in each pocket. Fold unfilled sides of wedges over filling. With fork, press edges to seal. Carefully transfer to large ungreased cookie sheet. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  • Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

2 cups warm water (110° to 115°)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

4 to 6 cups all-purpose flour
SAUCE:
2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
1-1/2 teaspoons grated onion
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
TOPPINGS:
4 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
4 ounces Canadian bacon, diced
1 package (3-1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni
1 medium sweet red pepper, sliced
1 medium green pepper, sliced
1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup minced fresh basil

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add oil, salt and 2 cups flour. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix or 1 1/2 cups Bisquick, clone
1/2-3/4 cup water (Enough to make drop dumplings or form a sticky ball)
1 (16 ounce) jar pizza sauce or 2 cups homemade pizza sauce
1 -2 cup mozzarella cheese, depending on how much cheese you like
pizza toppings, of your choice (precook and drain any raw meats)
2 tablespoons olive oil

Steps:

  • Drizzle olive oil on the bottom of the crock then put about one quarter of your pizza sauce on the bottom of the crock.
  • Mix up your crust and spread on top of the sauce to almost touch the sides then cover with the remaining sauce and coat it all over so it sort of swims in the sauce like a giant soft dumpling.
