1 28-ounce can diced tomatoes with juice
1 4-ounce can fire-roasted diced green chilies
1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot original sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (plus more to taste if desired)
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (plus more to taste if desired)
Assorted toppings such as blue cheese

4 onions, chopped
2 green bell peppers, seeded and chopped
2 red bell peppers, seeded and chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14 ounce) package firm tofu, drained and cubed
4 (15.5 ounce) cans black beans, drained
2 (15 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
