CRUNCHY LOW FAT OVEN-FRIED FLOUNDER
I don't really care for fish all that much, but decided to try this recipe one night out of a change of pace. I was shocked that the fish actually turned out tasting really good; almost like real fried fish! My husband, who usually won't eat any seafood, really liked this dish too. Please keep in mind that you may need a little more of the ingredients than this recipe calls for such as the cornflakes, depending on how crunchy you want your fish. I used a little more when I made it. Hope you like it!

Tips:
- Choose the right fish: Flounder is a great choice for this recipe because it is a mild-flavored fish that holds its shape well when cooked.
- Use a light breading: A heavy breading will make the fish greasy and soggy. Instead, use a light breading made with flour, cornstarch, and spices.
- Don't overcrowd the pan: If you overcrowd the pan, the fish will not cook evenly. Cook the fish in batches if necessary.
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to the desired temperature before you start cooking the fish. This will help the fish cook evenly.
- Don't overcook the fish: Fish is a delicate protein that can easily be overcooked. Cook the fish until it is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Conclusion:
This recipe for Crunchy Low-Fat Oven-Fried Flounder is a delicious and healthy way to enjoy fish. The fish is coated in a light breading and baked in the oven, resulting in a crispy exterior and a tender, flaky interior. This recipe is perfect for a weeknight meal or a special occasion. Enjoy!
