Crunchy peanut butter and chocolate bars that require no baking!

1/2 cup salted butter
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup rice krispies cereal
1 cup dark or milk chocolate chips
2 tablespoons coconut oil

Steps:

  • Line an 8 x 8 baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the butter (melt in the microwave), graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and peanut butter. Mix well.
  • Stir in the rice krispies cereal and then press in the bottom of the pan.

1 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1-1/2 cups crushed cornflakes

1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pinch salt
2 cups corn flakes
1 cup crispy rice cereal

Steps:

  • Over low heat stir in a saucepan, together peanut butter, butter, brown sugar and corn syrup until blended and smooth.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add vanilla and salt and mix.
  • Using a large bowl, mix together the cereals.
