Nutrition Facts : Calories 0.6, Cholesterol 0.1, Sodium 0.4, Carbohydrate 0.1, Sugar 0.1

Tips:

  • Choose the right cucumber: English cucumbers or Persian cucumbers are best for raita because they have fewer seeds and a milder flavor.
  • Shred the cucumber finely: This will help the cucumber release its juices and flavors into the raita.
  • Use fresh cilantro: Cilantro is a key ingredient in raita, so make sure to use fresh leaves for the best flavor.
  • Don't over-mix the raita: Over-mixing will make the raita thin and watery. Stir the ingredients gently until they are just combined.
  • Chill the raita before serving: Raita is best served chilled, so make it ahead of time and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Conclusion:

Cucumber cilantro raita is a refreshing and flavorful side dish that is perfect for summer gatherings. It is easy to make and can be customized to your liking. Whether you like it mild or spicy, thick or thin, cucumber cilantro raita is a delicious and versatile dish that everyone will enjoy.
