Time 30m

Yield 4 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 lb linguine
1 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup chopped clam
3/4 cup medium shrimp
3/4 cup crabmeat
1/2 cup lobster
1 3/4 cups sliced mushrooms
3/4 cup butter (do NOT substitute)
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/4 cup chopped parsley
salt and pepper
freshly grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta until al dente. In the meantime, simmer rest of ingredients 5 minutes. Add fish mixture to drained pasta and simmer additional 3 minutes. Sprinkle liberally with Parmesan.

Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: The fresher the ingredients, the better your salad will taste. If possible, buy organic produce to avoid pesticides and herbicides.
  • Wash your produce thoroughly: This is especially important for leafy greens, which can harbor bacteria. Wash your produce under cold running water for at least 30 seconds.
  • Dry your produce thoroughly: Wet produce will dilute the dressing and make your salad soggy. Use a salad spinner or pat your produce dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  • Choose a variety of colors and textures: This will make your salad more visually appealing and interesting to eat. Aim for a mix of leafy greens, vegetables, fruits, and nuts.
  • Use a light hand with the dressing: You don't want to drown your salad in dressing. Start with a small amount and add more to taste.
  • Toss your salad gently: Over-tossing will bruise the lettuce and make your salad limp. Use a light hand and toss the salad just until the dressing is evenly distributed.
  • Serve your salad immediately: Salad is best eaten fresh. If you're making a salad ahead of time, store it in the refrigerator and toss it with dressing just before serving.
