1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup Grape-Nuts
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. 1 teaspoon baking soda
¾ teaspoon salt
