3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup lowfat whipped cottage cheese
8 ounces sour cream
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons brown sugar, or to taste

Steps:

  • Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the egg noodles, and return to a boil. 5 large eggs
2 cups 4% cottage cheese
2 cups sour cream
2 cups 2% milk
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1-1/4 cups sugar, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Toss with butter; set aside. In a large bowl, beat the eggs for 3-4 minutes or until thickened and lemon-colored.
