1 cup 60% cocoa bittersweet chocolate baking chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
GLAZE:
1 cup 60% cocoa bittersweet chocolate baking chips
1/4 cup butter, cubed

Steps:

  • In a microwave, melt unsweetened chocolate and butter; stir until smooth. Cool slightly. In a large bowl, combine sugar and chocolate mixture. Stir in egg whites and vanilla. 2 cups packed light brown sugar

2 tablespoons water
½ cup butter, softened
3 cups sifted confectioners' sugar

1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 egg
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup butter, melted
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1/3 cup butterscotch chips
2 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
