- Place 1 in. of water in a large saucepan; add beans. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender. - Turn on a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®) and select Saute function. Melt butter. Add apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and salt. Stir to combine. - Add all the ingredients to a large fry pan. Cover and cook for 15-25 minutes until the cabbage is tender and soft. Serve and enjoy.
