Tips:

  • Use fresh chives for the best flavor. If you don't have fresh chives, you can use 1 tablespoon dried chives.
  • If you don't have buttermilk, you can make your own by adding 1 tablespoon of white vinegar or lemon juice to 1 cup of milk and letting it sit for 5 minutes.
  • Be careful not to over-knead the dough. Over-kneading will make the rolls tough.
  • If you don't have a stand mixer, you can make the dough by hand. Just be sure to mix it well until it is smooth and elastic.
  • Let the rolls rise in a warm place until they are double in size. This will take about 1 hour.
  • Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
  • Serve the rolls warm with your favorite spread, such as butter, honey, or jam.

Conclusion:

These dinner rolls are the perfect addition to any meal. They are soft, fluffy, and full of flavor. The chive butter adds a delicious touch of savory flavor that will make your taste buds sing. Whether you are serving them for a special occasion or just a casual weeknight dinner, these rolls are sure to be a hit.
