DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHERRY BROWNIES
I love these and when I bring them into work they do not last long. Also a favorite request at barbques! If you like marachino cherries give these a try, the juice gives them a good flavor and they will not dry out like most brownies, the cherries keep them moist along with the chocolate chips.

Steps:
- 1. Make brownies according to pkg instructions except drain the cherry juice off of the cherries and use the juice as a substitute for the liquid ( milk or water)Chop up the cherries (save some for the frosting) in halves and add them to the brownie mix. Turn half of the mix into the bottom of a long greased pan and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the batter, then cover the chips with the rest of the batter.
- 2. Cook using heat temperatures and time on the brownie box. Once the brownies have cooled, ice the brownies with milk chocolate frosting and top with remaining cherries, sprinkle nuts on top of the cherries. Yummy!
Tips:
- Use high-quality chocolate. The better the chocolate, the better the brownies will be. Look for chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing will make the brownies tough. Mix the batter just until the ingredients are combined.
- Bake the brownies in a preheated oven. This will help them to rise evenly and prevent them from sinking in the middle.
- Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them. This will help them to set and prevent them from crumbling.
- Store the brownies in an airtight container at room temperature. They will stay fresh for up to 3 days.
Conclusion:
Double chocolate cherry brownies are a delicious and decadent dessert that are perfect for any occasion. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. With a few simple tips, you can make the perfect brownies every time.
