- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with foil or parchment paper, and set aside.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

- Set oven to 350 degrees (set oven rack to second-lowest position).
- Grease an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl mix together flour with graham craker crumbs, baking soda and salt.
