1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup almond milk
2 small overripe bananas, mashed
1 1/2 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg

Steps:

  • Mix flour, walnuts, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl; make a well in the center.

  • Repeat with remaining batter.

Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your pancakes will be.
  • Mash the bananas well: Make sure to mash the bananas until they are smooth and creamy. This will help to ensure that they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make your pancakes tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Cook the pancakes over medium heat: Medium heat will help to prevent the pancakes from burning and will allow them to cook through evenly.
  • Serve the pancakes immediately: Pancakes are best served hot and fresh. If you need to keep them warm, place them in a preheated oven set to 200°F (93°C).
