EASY BEEF NACHO CHEESE DIP

Steps:
- Brown ground beef and add taco seasoning as directed on packet. We usually use a little less water though.
- Chunk the Velveeta and add to crockpot.
- Pour in jar of salsa and add the prepared meat.
- Let melt together in the crockpot, stirring occasionally.
- At times, we have been in a hurry and used the microwave to help speed up the melting process for the Velveeta. Then just add the melted Velveeta to the other ingredients in the crockpot to keep warm and melty for dipping!
- We have also used Mexican style Velveeta and Pepper jack, and it was just as good. Feel free to experiment.

Steps:
- Using the Tupperwave Stack Cooker with Colander, cook ground beef in the microwave for 4-5 minutes on High power, stirring once, until browned. Discard fat and juices, wipe container. (For evenly fine ground beef, use the Tupperware Quick Chef!) Combine cooked ground beef, salsa and cheese in the Casserole, or Heat'n'Serve Container and reheat on Medium power for 4-6 minutes to bring to serving temp. Stir well, and serve as a hot dip with nacho chips. Create your own Casserole Sensation-- add cooked pasta to leftover dip. Freezes well in the Vent'N'Serve or Heat'n'Serve. VARIATIONS: Use cheese sauce instead of salsa. Also by changing the type of salsa used you can change the 'heat' and taste of the dip. Try a salsa that has pineapple and it takes on a sweet fruity taste kids really like.

This is as simple as it gets. You can make it as spicy or as mild as you like. It is perfect to take to holiday get-togethers. Just put it in your crockpot, grab a bag of nachos and you are good to go. My friend makes it every time her DH has a poker party and it goes like hotcakes. I have NO idea what a serving size would be or how much it serves.

Tips for Making the Best Beef Nacho Cheese Dip:
- Use high-quality cheese: The cheese is the star of the show in this dip, so it's important to use a good quality cheese that melts well. A blend of cheddar, Monterey Jack, and pepper Jack cheese works well.
- Shred your own cheese: Pre-shredded cheese contains cellulose, which can prevent the cheese from melting smoothly. Shredding your own cheese will ensure that it melts evenly and creates a smooth, creamy dip.
- Use fresh beef: Ground beef is another key ingredient in this dip, so it's important to use fresh, high-quality beef. Look for ground beef that is at least 80% lean.
- Brown the beef well: Browning the beef before adding it to the dip will help to develop its flavor and prevent it from becoming greasy.
- Use a slow cooker: A slow cooker is a great way to make this dip because it allows the flavors to meld together and the cheese to melt slowly and evenly.
- Serve with your favorite toppings: This dip is delicious on its own, but it's even better when served with your favorite toppings. Some popular toppings include tortilla chips, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.
Conclusion:
Beef nacho cheese dip is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that is perfect for parties and gatherings. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a dip that is sure to be a hit with everyone. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy snack, give this beef nacho cheese dip a try.
