Tips:

  • Use high-quality chocolate. This will make a big difference in the taste of your bars.
  • Don't over-mix the ingredients. Over-mixing can make the bars tough.
  • Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours before serving. This will help them to set and firm up.
  • If you don't have a food processor, you can crush the Oreos by hand. Just place them in a large Ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
  • You can use any type of milk you like in this recipe. I used whole milk, but you could also use skim milk, almond milk, or soy milk.
  • These bars are best served cold. You can store them in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

These No-Bake Creamy Chocolate Mint Bars are the perfect dessert for any occasion. They're easy to make, delicious, and refreshing. Plus, they're a great way to use up leftover Oreos. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy dessert, give these bars a try!
