1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup chopped walnuts

Tips:

  • Choose the right salmon. Fresh or frozen salmon can be used for this recipe, but make sure it's skinless and boneless. If using frozen salmon, thaw it completely before cooking.
  • Cook the salmon properly. Salmon is a delicate fish, so it's important to cook it carefully. The best way to do this is to pan-sear it over medium heat until it's cooked through but still moist. You can also bake or grill the salmon, but be careful not to overcook it.
  • Use high-quality pasta. The type of pasta you use will make a big difference in the final dish. Choose a high-quality pasta that will hold its shape and won't get mushy when cooked.
  • Don't overcook the pasta. Pasta should be cooked al dente, which means it should still have a slight bite to it. Overcooked pasta will be mushy and unpleasant.
  • Use fresh vegetables. Fresh vegetables will add flavor and texture to the salad. Choose vegetables that are in season and that you enjoy eating.
  • Make the dressing ahead of time. The dressing can be made up to 2 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator. This will save you time when you're ready to assemble the salad.

Conclusion:

This easy salmon pasta salad is a delicious and refreshing meal that's perfect for summer gatherings. It's also a great way to use up leftover salmon. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a dish that everyone will love.
