All the goodness of French Toast made without eggs. My husband came up with the recipe for our son, who is allergic to eggs and other foods. Serve with syrup and confectioners' sugar.

Tips:

  • Use a good quality bread: A sturdy bread like French bread, challah, or brioche will hold up better to the egg mixture and won't get soggy.
  • Don't over-soak the bread: The bread should be just slightly coated with the egg mixture, not soggy. If the bread is too wet, it will fall apart when you cook it.
  • Cook the French toast over medium heat: This will help it cook evenly and prevent it from burning.
  • Flip the French toast only once: Flipping it too often will make it break apart.
  • Serve the French toast immediately: French toast is best served hot and fresh out of the pan.

Conclusion:

Eggless French toast is a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast or brunch dish that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can have a delicious and satisfying meal that will start your day off right. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy breakfast or brunch idea, give eggless French toast a try. You won't be disappointed!
