½ cup chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
10 slices bacon
4 eggs
1 teaspoon milk

Tips:

  • Prep ahead: For hassle-free mornings, mix and measure dry ingredients the night before. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
  • Use ripe bananas: Overripe bananas add natural sweetness and moisture to the cake, reducing the need for added sugar.
  • Don't overmix: Overmixing can lead to a tough, dense cake. Mix only until the ingredients are well combined.
  • Use a light hand when measuring flour: Too much flour can make the cake dry and crumbly. Use a spoon to scoop flour into a measuring cup, then level with a knife.
  • Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean: This indicates that the cake is done baking.

Conclusion:

This easy-to-make featherweight breakfast cake is a delicious and nutritious way to start your day. With its simple ingredients, minimal sugar, and moist, fluffy texture, this cake is a hit with people of all ages.
