1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Kosher salt

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
  • Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and add a few pinches kosher salt. Finely mince the garlic. Chop the parsley.
  • In a small oven-proof dish, place the tomatoes, garlic, parsley, and Kalamata olives, then top with the feta cheese. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with the dried oregano.
  • Bake for about 18 minutes, until the feta cheese is warm and soft. Serve immediately with crackers, pita, or bread.

2 pkg. (4 oz. each) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Bake butter in 9-inch square baking dish in 2 min. or until melted. Remove dish from oven; brush butter onto bottom and sides of dish.
  • Beat eggs with mixer in large bowl. Add flour, milk and baking powder; mix until blended. Stir in spinach, cheeses and onion. Spoon into prepared dish.
  • Bake 35 min. Let stand 15 min. before cutting into squares to serve.

2 cups baking mix
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 (4 ounce) packages feta cheese with garlic and herbs, crumbled
1 (8 ounce) container cottage cheese
3 large eggs, beaten

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Stir together baking mix, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in milk and remaining ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 15x10" jellyroll pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and set. Remove from oven and allow to cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Cut into 1 1/2" squares and serve immediately.
  • Bake up to 1 month ahead and freeze in an airthigh container ot zip-lock plastic freezer bag. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake frozen squarea on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
