1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
1 small onion, chopped
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed nacho cheese soup, undiluted
1 cup mild salsa
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Steps:

  • Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, breaking into crumbles; drain. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

2/3 cup milk

8 eggs
¼ cup heavy cream
1 cup diced ham
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles, drained
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. Remove onions from skillet and set aside. Add Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Mexican Rice to skillet and cook according to package directions.
