1 tablespoon ranch dressing
8 slices soft Italian bread (about 1/2 inch thick)
4 oz shaved cooked turkey breast (from deli)
4 slices cooked bacon, halved
4 slices tomato, halved
2 slices (1 oz each) Cheddar cheese, halved
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened

Steps:

  • In small bowl, mix mayonnaise and dressing. Spread on one side of each slice of bread. Top each of 4 bread slices with turkey, bacon, tomato, cheese and remaining bread slices, mayonnaise mixture side down.
  • Spread butter on one side of each sandwich. In 12-inch skillet, place sandwiches, butter side down. Spread butter over top of each sandwich. Cover; cook over medium-low heat 6 to 8 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown.
  • Turn sandwiches; cover and cook 5 to 6 minutes longer or until bottoms are golden brown and cheese is melted.

1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. pesto
2 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves
1 plum tomato, cut into 8 thin slices
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon, cut in half
8 KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slices
16 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Use serrated knife to make 17 vertical cuts into top of bread, making cuts about 1/2 inch apart and being careful to not cut through to bottom of bread piece. (You will end up with 16 bread slices to make a total of 8 sandwiches.)
  • Mix mayo and pesto until blended. Reserve 2 Tbsp. mayo mixture for later use. Spread remaining mayo mixture evenly between every 2 slices of bread to coat insides of sandwiches, then fill sandwiches with spinach, tomatoes, bacon, cheese and turkey.
  • Spread reserved mayo mixture over tops of sandwiches. Wrap in foil.

6 tablespoons mango-chipotle vinaigrette
1 avocado
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1 pound thinly sliced roast turkey (leftover is perfect!)
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
8 slices thick white sandwich bread, lightly toasted
Plantain chips, for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and set a wire rack on top. Arrange the bacon on the rack and bake until just crisp and light golden, 25 to 30 minutes. Brush the bacon with 2 tablespoons vinaigrette, turning to coat both sides. Bake until crisp and dark golden, 5 to 8 more minutes. Drain on paper towels and break in half.
  • Thinly slice the avocado and season with salt and pepper. Brush the sliced turkey with 2 tablespoons vinaigrette. Mix the mayonnaise with 2 more tablespoons vinaigrette.

1 egg
4 ounces thinly sliced cooked deli turkey
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 ounces)
