1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons plus 1 cup all-purpose flour, divided
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground mace
1 large egg, room temperature, lightly beaten
1/2 cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the plums, brown sugar, 3 tablespoons flour and cinnamon.
