- Use fresh or frozen pineapple and cranberries. Fresh pineapple is best, but frozen pineapple is a good option if you don't have fresh pineapple on hand. Frozen cranberries are also a good option, but fresh cranberries can be used if they are in season.
- Cut the pineapple into small pieces. This will help the pineapple to absorb the flavors of the other ingredients.
- Use a variety of nuts. Walnuts, pecans, and almonds are all good choices. You can also use a combination of nuts.
- Sweeten the salad to taste. Honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar are all good options for sweetening the salad. You can also use a combination of sweeteners.
- Chill the salad before serving. This will help the flavors to meld together.
