- Split the mixture into 12 muffin cases and bake for 20 mins or until golden brown. Remove from oven and leave to cool.

Tips:
- Use high-quality chocolate: The type of chocolate you use will greatly impact the flavor of your muffins. Use a good-quality semisweet or bittersweet chocolate for the best results.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will result in tough muffins. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Fill the muffin cups evenly: This will ensure that all of the muffins bake evenly.
- Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached: Overbaking will result in dry muffins.
- Let the muffins cool completely before frosting: This will help the frosting to set properly.
Conclusion:
Fudge muffins are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. By following the tips above, you can make sure that your fudge muffins turn out perfect every time.
Here are some additional tips for making fudge muffins:
- If you don't have any chocolate chips on hand, you can use chopped walnuts or pecans instead.
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of semisweet chocolate.
- If you want to make your muffins even more decadent, you can add a layer of chocolate ganache to the top.
- Fudge muffins can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
