Number Of Ingredients 5

2 package(s) gelatin, unflavored (knox) envelopes
2 package(s) gelatin, any flavor
2 cup(s) water, boiling
2 cup(s) water, cold
YOU CAN USE JUICE INSTEAD OF WATER

Steps:

  • Need medium saucepan, and 9 inch cake pan....press and seal plastic wrap....You may use juice in place of water...I love to mix the gelatin flavors (2 different flavors) such as lemon and peach or lemon and black cherry) In medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil...sprinkle all gelatin packets into boiling water and stir constantly till all is dissolved...
  • Stir in cold water...stir well and pour into cake pan and cover with press and seal plastic wrap...Chill for 3 hours or place in freezer on a flat surface...remove from frige or freezer after gelatin has set....Cut into 1 inch cubes and you can store in a airtight plastic container..Enjoy!!
  • Little kids and big kids love these......They aren't messy like regular Jello can be.....

Tips:

- Use good quality gelatin - This will make your gelatin smoother, clearer, and more flavorful. - Don't overcook the gelatin - Overcooked gelatin will be tough and rubbery. - Add some flavor - You can flavor your gelatin with a variety of things, such as fruit, juice, herbs, or spices. - Get creative with your molds - You can use a variety of molds to make fun and unique gelatin shapes. - Chill the gelatin thoroughly - This will help it to set properly. - Serve the gelatin cold - Gelatin is best served cold, so make sure to chill it before serving.
