1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 large eggs, room temperature
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup 2% milk
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 tablespoons grated lemon zest
GLAZE:
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat the butter, sugar, lemon juice and eggs. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; stir into egg mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. 1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
Grated peel and juice of 1 lemon
2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons whipping cream or milk
1 teaspoon lemon extract

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of 9x5-inch loaf pan with shortening or cooking spray.

1 Tbsp baking powder
1 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh lemon zest
1-1/2 c fresh blueberries
2 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice, or more to taste
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 c milk
GLAZE
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp fresh lemon zest

¾ cup white sugar
¼ cup butter, melted and slightly cooled
¼ cup sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 medium lemon, zested and juiced, divided
⅓ cup milk

1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
¾ cup white sugar
¼ cup melted butter

2 cups flour
