Tips:
- Use a good quality chocolate: The better the chocolate, the better the fudge will be. Look for chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%.
- Don't overcook the fudge: The fudge should be cooked until it reaches a temperature of 235 degrees Fahrenheit. If you cook it for too long, it will become grainy and crumbly.
- Let the fudge cool completely before cutting it: The fudge needs to cool completely before you can cut it into squares. If you cut it too soon, it will be too soft and gooey.
- Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator: The fudge can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. You can also freeze the fudge for up to three months.
Conclusion:
This gluten-free 2-minute fudge is a quick and easy dessert that is perfect for any occasion. It is also a great way to use up leftover chocolate. With just a few simple ingredients, you can make a delicious and decadent fudge that everyone will love.
