GLUTEN-FREE HOLIDAY BLISS COOKIE BARS
Using a basic cookie recipe, I revised it to be gluten-free and instead of the soft cake-like texture that Starbucks® Cranberry Bliss Bars have, these have a chewy, cookie-like texture. Also, I reduced the sugar so they're not quite so sweet.

Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the toffee bars will taste. Use real butter, pure vanilla extract, and high-quality chocolate.
- Don't overcook the toffee: The toffee should be cooked until it reaches a light amber color. If you overcook it, it will be too hard and brittle.
- Let the toffee cool completely before cutting it: This will help prevent the toffee from crumbling.
- Use a sharp knife to cut the toffee: This will help to create clean, even cuts.
- Store the toffee bars in an airtight container: This will help to keep them fresh and prevent them from drying out.
Conclusion:
These gluten-free holiday toffee bars are a delicious and festive treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are easy to make and can be customized with your favorite toppings. Whether you enjoy them plain or dressed up, these toffee bars are sure to be a hit. So next time you're looking for a special treat, give these gluten-free holiday toffee bars a try.
