Tips:

  • Use high-quality chocolate. This will make a big difference in the taste and texture of your truffles.
  • Don't overwork the chocolate. Overworking the chocolate will make it tough and crumbly.
  • Let the chocolate cool completely before dipping it in the ganache. This will help prevent the ganache from melting and running off the chocolate.
  • Use a double boiler to melt the chocolate. This will help prevent the chocolate from burning.
  • Be patient when dipping the chocolate in the ganache. It can take a little practice to get the hang of it.

Conclusion:

Making Godiva chocolate truffles at home is a great way to enjoy this delicious treat without having to spend a lot of money. By following the tips above, you can make truffles that are just as good as the ones you would buy at a store.
