1 cup butter, softened
¾ cup white sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 ¾ cups granola
1 cup raisins
½ cup chopped, unsalted dry-roasted peanuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
  • In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, salt and baking soda, stir into the creamed mixture.
