Tips for Making the Best Greek Oven Fries:

  • Choose the Right Potatoes: Use starchy potatoes like Russet or Yukon Gold for a crispy exterior and fluffy interior.
  • Cut the Potatoes Evenly: Uniformly sized fries ensure even cooking.
  • Soak the Potatoes: Soaking in cold water removes excess starch, resulting in crispier fries.
  • Dry the Potatoes Thoroughly: Pat the fries dry with paper towels to prevent soggy fries.
  • Use Good Quality Olive Oil: Extra virgin olive oil adds flavor and crispiness.
