Tips:

  • Use a variety of chili peppers to add different levels of heat and flavor to your stew. Experiment with different combinations to find the perfect balance for your taste buds.
  • Brown the pork in batches to ensure that it gets evenly cooked. This will also help to develop a nice caramelized crust on the pork, which will add flavor to the stew.
  • Don't overcrowd the pot when you add the vegetables. If you do, they will not cook evenly and will become mushy. Add the vegetables in small batches and stir frequently to ensure that they cook evenly.
  • Simmer the stew for at least 1 hour, or longer if you have time. This will allow the flavors to develop and deepen.
  • Serve the stew with your favorite toppings. Some popular options include sour cream, shredded cheese, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro.
