Tips:

  • Mise En Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients prepped and measured out. This will help you stay organized and ensure that you don't forget anything.
  • Use Fresh Ingredients: Fresh ingredients will always give you the best flavor. If possible, try to use organic or locally-sourced ingredients.
  • Don't Overcook the Turkey: Turkey can easily become dry and tough if it's overcooked. Cook it until it's just cooked through, but still slightly pink in the center.
  • Use a Good Quality Enchilada Sauce: The enchilada sauce is one of the most important parts of this dish, so make sure you use a good quality sauce. You can either make your own or buy a store-bought sauce.
  • Don't Be Afraid to Experiment: This recipe is a great starting point, but feel free to experiment with different ingredients and flavors. For example, you could add some chopped cilantro or jalapenos to the filling, or use a different type of cheese.
