Grilled new potatoes with smoked paprika vinaigrette and parmesan is a highly sought-after dish, combining the natural sweetness of new potatoes with the bold flavors of paprika, smoked paprika, and Parmesan cheese. The tender potatoes, kissed by the grill, absorb the smoky, slightly spicy flavor of the paprika vinaigrette, while the parmesan adds a delightful salty, nutty finish. Enjoy this simple yet sophisticated dish as a side to grilled meats, fish, or chicken, or as a vegetarian main course served with a side salad.

Tips:
- For the perfect smoky flavor, use a good quality smoked paprika. Look for one that is deep red in color and has a strong, smoky aroma.
- Don't overcrowd the grill. Give the potatoes plenty of space so that they can cook evenly.
- If you don't have a grill, you can also roast the potatoes in the oven. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and roast the potatoes for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly browned.
- Serve the potatoes immediately with the smoked paprika vinaigrette and Parmesan cheese. They are also delicious served cold as part of a salad.
Conclusion:
