1/2 cup chopped nuts: walnuts, pecans or hazelnuts, toasted

  • Pour yogurt into a bowl. Add granola bars to a plastic food storage bag and crush. Add to yogurt along with nuts. Stir to combine all ingredients and transfer to cups. Top with strawberries and serve.

  • Cut peaches in halves remove pit, and place face down on BBQ. Grill for 4-5min on each side, until soft.
  • While grilling, combine yogurt and 4 tablespoons honey - mix well.
  • Remove from grill, add 1 tablespoon yogurt mixture to top of peach, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Repeat for all remaining slices.

6 firm but ripe large peaches, peeled, halved, pitted
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup chilled whipping cream
3/4 cup caramel sauce, warmed

Steps:

  • Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Arrange peach halves, cut side up, on baking sheet; sprinkle peaches with sugar. Let stand until sugar begins to soften, about 10 minutes. Place peaches on grill, sugared side down. Grill until tender and slightly charred, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer peach halves to plates.

1 cup soft cream cheese with honey and nuts
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 tablespoon water
1 egg
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter, softened
3 unpeeled peaches, cut in half, pitted
1 pint (2 cups) vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 cup fresh blackberries

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F (350°F for dark or nonstick cookie sheet). In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, 1/2 cup butter, the water and egg until dough forms. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet, making 18 cookies.
  • Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely.
  • Meanwhile, heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons butter; set aside.
