Tips:

  • Choose the right pork loin: Look for a pork loin that is at least 1 1/2 inches thick and has a good amount of marbling. This will help ensure that the pork loin stays juicy and flavorful during grilling.
  • Prepare the pork loin properly: Before grilling, remove any excess fat from the pork loin and score the top with a sharp knife. This will help the marinade penetrate the pork loin and also help prevent it from curling up on the grill.
  • Use a flavorful marinade: The marinade is essential for adding flavor to the pork loin. Choose a marinade that contains a combination of acidic ingredients (such as vinegar or citrus juice), flavorful herbs and spices, and some oil. Be sure to marinate the pork loin for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
  • Grill the pork loin over medium-high heat: This will help to create a nice sear on the outside of the pork loin while keeping the inside juicy and tender. Be sure to turn the pork loin every few minutes to ensure that it cooks evenly.
  • Let the pork loin rest before slicing: Once the pork loin is cooked through, remove it from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the pork loin, resulting in a more tender and flavorful dish.

Conclusion:

Grilled pork loin with fire-roasted pineapple salsa is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. The pork loin is juicy and flavorful, and the pineapple salsa adds a sweet and tangy touch. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
