Tips:
- Use fresh ingredients: Fresh gumdrops, butter, and marshmallows will give your cereal bars the best flavor.
- Don't overcook the cereal mixture: The cereal mixture should be cooked until it is just combined and the marshmallows are melted. Overcooking will make the bars dry and crumbly.
- Let the bars cool completely before cutting them: This will help them to set and hold their shape.
- Store the bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days: You can also freeze the bars for up to 2 months.
Conclusion:
Gumdrop cereal bars are a fun and easy treat to make. They are perfect for parties, potlucks, or a quick snack. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a delicious and colorful treat that everyone will enjoy.
