3 ½ cups peeled and diced sweet potatoes
¾ cup diced cooked ham
⅓ cup diced celery
⅓ cup finely chopped onion
½ cup chopped green bell pepper

2 1/2 pounds Sweet potatoes ; baked and removed from the skins
1/2 pound Onion ; diced
1/2 pound Celery ; diced
1 1/2 quarts Chicken broth
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 pound Ham ; diced
1 1/2 tablespoon Cumin ; ground
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 1/2 tablespoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 tablespoon Garlic ; granulated
1 pint Fat free plain yogurt
4 ea Scallion ; sliced
1/2 teaspoon Salt
